How I have helped a recent client sell

The international vendor couldn’t understand why their flat was not selling and was simply told to drop the price.

I was asked to investigate the case and discovered that the current agent had just three years of experience in the sector. They had assembled a very poor brochure, omitting the beautiful main façade of the property and the incredible view from the communal garden.

Other misdemeanours included an ill-informed front-of-house team with limited knowledge about the property and unprofessional and unaccompanied viewings.

Having brought in the right agent and structured a robust marketing plan with an exceptional brochure, we went to ‘best and final offers’ within six weeks.
