Many of the homes I find for my clients are never openly advertised.
These homes did not appear online nor were necessarily with estate agents. I have access to these through my contacts and experience. I have worked for many years buying and selling property. With my expert local knowledge, I take the all the hard work, uncertainty and stress away from you.
I discuss with you in detail your search requirements so I can understand just what you’re looking for.
I have a wide and established network of trusted agents, with whom I have built solid relationships over many years. This opens up access to homes that you might not otherwise get to see and which would be rare for you to see as an individual.
I will be with you to view all properties, to critically evaluate them and adjust your search accordingly. Once we have identified the perfect property, I will negotiate the best possible terms for you and oversee the conveyancing process until we reach exchange of contracts in a smooth and timely manner.
My services extend beyond finding you the perfect property, as in many instances you may wish to undertake works such as extending, re-modelling or redecorating. This is part of my Post-Purchase Care Service and remains with you indefinitely.
