Time is precious, so if you are struggling to fit viewings into your diary, are relocating to a new area, or would simply like someone else to do the legwork, my property viewing services are ideal for you.

I will view properties on your behalf based on your wish list and create a detailed report for each one. This includes a full description, photographs and a list of pros and cons, suggestions about guide price, location and locality, decorative order, neighbouring properties and anything else that might concern you.

Because I am not emotionally attached to the process, I concentrate on facts, offering you my objective expert opinion and guidance. I will then recommend your next steps, and if you decide to proceed to an offer, I can then help you through my Negotiation Service.

Alex has been brilliant to have on our team as we searched hard to find the right family house for our growing tribe.
