Alex was an absolute Godsend both with buying and selling. He helped us find and secure a house that we would never have found or considered alone and we love it. I used Alex's services in the past when I first bought my property near York a couple of years ago. His experience and local market knowledge was exceptional and I was able to find and then purchase a suitable property at a very good price.More recently, I consulted Alex on my plans to extend the property - in particular how to ensure I was adding maximum value to give me the best chance to remortgage post works/COVID.
