These are relationships I have built up over the last 20 years with people I know, and trust them to do a great job for my clients. There are no referral fees and therefore I have no incentive to recommend them, other than I know they will do a great job. It is part of my Post-Purchase Care Service.

You ask, I tell – it really is that simple. I do not hide behind call centres or websites. I will tell you openly and honestly my opinion and directly answer any of your questions. This way you know where you stand, every step of the way.
It's not about the money
Yes I am a business and need to make a profit, but it’s about more than this. I know that if I do a great job for you, then you will remember me and perhaps tell your friends and family. 89% of my business comes through word of mouth recommendations.
Always on hand
I appreciate that buying and selling property is stressful and that it’s not a 9 to 5 process. Therefore I make sure that as well as normal office hours, I am available to you outside the standard working day as well as at weekends. Therefore you receive important updates, when it’s convenient for you.
No referral fees behind the scenes
Not now. Not ever. This way I remain completely impartial and only suggest other connections if I know they are good. They don’t pay me anything for that suggestion and I don’t pay them for putting me forward. Absolute integrity is the cornerstone of my reputation.
